2022 FJMC Shabbaton & Retreat
March 31 - April 3, 2022

Great news! Registration is now open to Spouses & Partners.
Bring your partner and escape the cold winter weather.

Come to sunny Los Angeles for a weekend of fun and sun!

We are so fortunate to hold this event on the campus of the American Jewish University in Bel Air, California, one of the most desirable neighborhoods of Los Angeles!  This absolutely beautiful 35 acre campus offers impressive panoramic views of the San Fernando Valley and is close to many of the attractions that L.A. offers.
The Retreat Committee is working on ensuring that this will be a weekend that you will always remember.  Besides the usual ruach and camaraderie of a FJMC happening, we are planning something for all tastes.  We are planning a few local excursions around the city along with taking  part in some great learning and davening (how does Shacharit on Santa Monica Beach sound?!), lots of singing, tons of eating, drinking and of course a great time guaranteed no matter what you decide to do.
The average temperature in LA is 72 degrees during the Spring. Sounds pretty great, don’t you think?  We can’t wait to see you in L.A. on March 31 or April 1 (based on your arrival date).
If you're flying into LA, plan to arrive on Thursday March 31st or no later than 1 PM on Friday April 1st to guarantee a carpool pickup.  Check out airfares at both LAX and BUR (Hollywood/Burbank Airport).  We'll have pickup drivers available for both airports.  You're also welcome to stay over on Sunday night and purchase dinner and Monday breakfast on campus.  There are plenty of Kosher Restaurants in the area, especially along Pico Boulevard.
So what are you waiting for?
